When testing an encoding script, we strongly recommend that you first attempt to manually execute the same, before sending it directly through a cardPresso job.
You can refer to the attached document that explains how to do it.
If by any chance an error message is prompted during the entire procedure, please send us a screenshot of it, as well as all the returned Output tab information, to support@cardpresso.com.
Also, provide us the entire script being ran, for our analysis, and indicate every operation you wish to include in the same, for our knowledge.
