If any white text is not being printed inside a colored background, please access our top File > Print menu, select the Settings tab, go to the Print Options section and change the Rendering > Black entry to Send as RGB and MonoChrome.

Having the same issue persists afterwards, please send an e-mail to support@cardpresso.com, containing your cardPresso project (.card file), as well as indicating what printer model and ribbon type you’re currently using to reproduce it.
