At the moment, cardPresso supports all fingerprint scanners with a WIA, TWAIN or Direct Show compliant driver.
Besides those, the following device models have been directly implemented through their respective SDK:
- Verifier® 300 LC 2.0 scanner
- Crossmatch U.are.U4500 Fingerprint Reader – Digital Persona
Currently, the fingerprints are acquired as images.
